1. Log on to your account
2. Select 'Orders' from the left sidebar (this takes you straight to the Place Order Screen)
3. Input the ISBN of the title and search
4. Select the title to add to the order and click on “Add book To Order”
5. On the order page you will need to update:
a. Ship to address
b. Print Location – LS SJ – US Dollar
c. Select Print Service (Economy or Rush)
d. Select Shipping – NEX (Domestic) or FedEx (International)
e. Order quantity
Note: All international orders will still need a Declared Unit value, see Knowledgebase Article for more information
6. Then Click on Update Order to allow order to correctly calculate

7. Once you are happy with the order details select Submit Order
8. Update the order summary screen with a Purchase Order number if you wish to use one and an email address to receive the shipping notification and select Continue
9. Select payment option, note for Sharjah “On account” is the only option currently, please do not select credit card
