Offer Details and Eligibility
Ingram Library Services LLC (“ILS”) is delighted to extend a warm welcome to its new Small Library Program customers. Fora limited time, ILS will offer new eligible library customers a $50 credit (“WelcomeCredit”) for their first purchase of over $100 on ipage®.
The credit will only be applied to the first purchase of books with a minimum purchase amount of $100 excluding tax, freight, discount, and other fees. The eligible purchase must be made between 12:01 am August 12, 2024 and 11:59 pm EST December 31, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
Three Simple Steps to Qualify for the Welcome Credit:
1. Successfully complete the Small Library Program application available at https://lp.ingramcontent.com/libraries/small-libraries.
2. Place your first order on ipage® at https://ipage.ingramcontent.com with the minimum spend amount over $100 exclusive of tax, freight, discount, and other fees within the PromotionPeriod.
3. For eligible customers, ILS will apply the Welcome Credit to their account which will be visible online within two weeks.
Terms and Conditions
For purposes of the Small Library Program, small libraries are new ILS library customers whose annual print budget is between $10,000 and $100,000. Eligibility is limited to small libraries in the United States (“U.S.”) with a valid physical presence.
All purchases are non-returnable. The registered customer account should be a small library, a personal account is not eligible for the Welcome Credit. All eligible orders must ship within the U.S. only. Promotions are restricted to authorized representatives of the account holder, each being residents of the U.S. aged 18 years or over. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request. ILS reserves the right in its sole discretion to administer this offer, determine eligibility for any credit, modify the terms and conditions of this offer, and suspend or terminate this offer at any time, with or without prior notice. ILS’ decisions with respect to this offer are final. By participating in this offer, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions applicable to this offer, including the Ingram Content Group Privacy Policy. ILS shall not be responsible for lost or incomplete registrations. No applications will be accepted by agents, in bulk or from third parties.
