Eligibility: In order to be eligible for entry into the Promotion, you must be: a) a legal resident of the Contiguous US and 18 years or older at the time of entry. b) an public library employee. Void where prohibited. All entries submitted with the aid of any device capable and with the purpose of generating automatic entries shall not be accepted.
How to Enter:
1) Successfully sign up to be a member of #TheLibraryLife Membership Program. Entrant must provide full name, e-mail address, represented library, and job role.
2) Upon successful completion of the application, the library you identify in you will be entered for a chance to win a registration for the 2026 PLA Conference in Minneapolis, MN from April 1-4.
Failure to submit all required information or complete the Demo will result in disqualification. All entrants and entries are subject to verification by us. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
By entering the Promotion, you agree to being placed on our e-mail and marketing mailing lists; to receive promotional updates, information and other marketing materials from Ingram Content Group and/or our affiliated and subsidiary companies and other third parties, for purposes of advertising similar services and offerings. And to participate in at least two (2) marketing, promotional, or social opportunity during the event.

Promotion Period:
The Promotion shall begin at 12:01am (all times Central Standard Time) on Thursday,March 5, 2026 and end at 11:59 pm Thursday, March 12, 2026. One library will be randomly drawn from eligible entries. The lucky librarian will be contacted within five (5) days from the close of the promotional period.
Prize:
One (1) participating librarian will be randomly selected to receive a PLA Conference registration valued at $717. The winning librarian will be contacted to arrange awarding of the prize and will be announced via e-mail to all entrants. To request confirmation of the winner, please submit a request to us at Ingram Content Group Attn: Promotions/ Marketing, 14 Ingram Blvd. La Vergne, TN. 37086. We will confirm the Promotional Period ended and a winner was selected.
Odds of Winning; Taxes; Etc.:
Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNING LIBRARY. The prize will be awarded to the library employer of the prize winner. The prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner if two (2) attempts to contact winner bye-mail are not successful, or if prize is otherwise not claimed. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) will be permitted, except were serve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. The prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Representation, Warranties, Rights of Ownership:
By entering this Promotion, you grant us the right to display your name and library name as a winner of the prize. You additionally waive all privacy/publicity rights or other legal or moral rights that might preclude our use of your submission and agree not to sue or assert any claim against us for any such use.
Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our agencies and affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and any of their employees (collectively, the "Indemnitees"), harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted by any third party against any of the Indemnitees due to or arising out of the use of any element of your submission, including but not limited to claims for trademark infringement, copyright infringement, violation of an individual's right of publicity or right of privacy, or defamation.
